Amazing machine... USER friendly and the KEY worked. I have gone to the local Home depot 3 times to get keys copied. My first experience took OVER 20 minutes and the last 2 visits within a months time there machine says out of order!!!! Thank KeyMe for making life EASY!

It is expensive but it's a good service. 21$ for 2 keys and 1 free key.

Handy and quick way to get extra copies of your keys. In the past I’ve had a few keys that didn’t work, but they promptly refunded those. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the keys and the convenient locations. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer!

Pros: Convenient. Cons: (1) Expensive. It costs $7.99 for copying a single key. It's a ripoff, compared to Home Depot (see below). (2) Not accurate. I copied 2 different keys and had to throw away one of them because the machine did a sloppy job. (3) No refunds allowed. AFAICS all KeyMe sales are final (Google searches show that you might get a free copy "voucher" from them, if you are lucky.) In the end I went to Home Depot where they had a KeyHero kiosk and the clerk operated it for me to do a copy, and it cost only $2.19 for a copy which worked flawlessly!
